Tom and Lora insist on the finest ingredients available. They carefully choose cheese with only 2% milk fat and have done so from the beginning. Their vegetables have always been fresh cut daily. They use pre-cooked meats in order to reduce the amount of grease and fat on the pizza. They devised their own special recipes for the sauce as well as for the pizza dough. The dough is prepared daily and allowed to proof just long enough for the optimum hand-tossing quality to be achieved. Every pizza is hand-tossed but may be prepared thicker or thinner upon request.
